Michael L. Miller, MAI - Managing Partner

Mr. Miller is an MAI designated appraiser and a managing partner in Property Analytix. Mr. Miller has been involved in the appraisal and consultation of real estate and going concerns for over 30 years. Previously, he was a Senior Managing Director who started Grubb & Ellis Landauer Valuation Advisory Services appraisal platform; Senior Director, with Cushman & Wakefield of Arizona and Texas for 17 years and with CBCommercial Real Estate Group, Inc. (CBRE)as an Assistant Vice President for 10 years.

Mr. Miller has extensive experience testifying in courts and arbitrations relating to real estate partnership conflicts, property values and market occurrences. Mr. Miller has briefed major banks, investment advisors, private developers, presidents of foreign countries, governors and local development offices on real estate development within their respective countries on targeted investment regions. 

Ryan P. Lin, MAI - Managing Partner 

Mr. Lin is an designated appraiser and a managing partner in Property Analytix. Mr. Lin has been involved in the appraisal and consultation of real estate and going concerns for over 14 years. Previously, he was a Managing Director in National Appraisal Partners and the Director of Valuation in O'Connor & Associates. 

Mr. Lin is a leading master-planned community consultant, providing land use profiles, density studies, marketing comparisons and structures, feasibility analysis, and appraisal reports for some of the highest profile resort/destination mater-planned communities. Mr. Lin has completed commercial real estate appraisals in over 10 states and has also appraised numerous international assets. In 2018, Mr. Lin developed the first cloud-based commercial appraisal report-writing system with a live data feed. 

W.F. "Buddy" Trotter, Jr., MAI - Managing Director

Mr. Trotter is an MAI designated appraiser and a managing director in Property Analytix. Mr. Trotter has been involved in the appraisal and consultation of real estate and going concerns for over 36 years, with certifications in seven states. Previously, he was a Senior Appraisal Reviewer in O'Connor & Associates. Mr. Trotter is an appraiser trainer and educator at Property Analytix and is also the lead technical reviewer. Mr. Trotter has served as President of the Appraisal Institute - Houston Chapter and was also on the Board of Directors. Previously, he was a Senior Appraisal Reviewer in O'Connor & Associates. 

His experience includes the appraisal and appraisal review of office buildings, retail centers, multifamily projects, connivence stores/gas stations, condominiums, restaurants, military bases, hotels/motels, churches, industrial properties, storage facilities and mobile home parks.
